Dive in Hindsight

Dive Inc. is a retail and e-commerce company located in pseudo-Jakarta. It was originally founded in near 2015 by a couple of college buddies, Irwansyah Mahendra (CEO) and Hanif Yunandar (CTO) as a fintech company offering various services from e-wallet to micro-finances and P2P lending. But it soon fall-through when Hanif Yunandar decided to quit his role as CTO and moved to work with the biggest tech company in the world, Google. Irwansyah Mahendra then re-built Dive from scratch as a fashion and lifestyle brand with the launch of 'Dive Apparel'. Since then the company saw exponential growth and quickly expanded to other categories such as Beauty & Personal Care with their skincare line 'Dive Skin'.In late 2021, Dive Inc. launched another venture, an e-commerce focusing on high quality and curated local brand goods called 'Dive Lab'.Dive Inc. now has over 200 staff called 'Divers' under its wings and is considered to be one of the most valuable company in Indonesia.
